Many practitioners are supporting clients navigating:
- attachment wounds and relational trauma
- intimacy and sexual challenges
- jealousy, rupture, and repair
- open relationships, polyamory, and consensual non-monogamy
- power dynamics, consent, and emotional intensity
Yet few professional trainings adequately address how to work with these dynamics through the nervous system, without collapsing into advice-giving, pathologizing, or bypass.
This training will focus on:
- nervous-system-aware relationship coaching skills
- working skillfully with activation, shutdown, and emotional intensity
- supporting non-monogamous and unconventional relationships with clarity and integrity
- staying grounded, ethical, and resourced in complex relational work
