Well-Being in Austin, TX, where I first learned how to hold transformational space for individuals
and couples.
Since then, my learning has been ongoing and integrated into over a decade of hands-on coaching, personal exploration, and community involvement in ethical non-monogamy.
Formal Training Includes:
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – multiple advanced workshops + applied use in relationship dynamics
Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté – foundational and advanced trainings
Somatic Experiencing – completed Years 1 & 2 of the 3-year practitioner training
Psychedelic Integration Coaching – certified + personal experience in ceremonial and integration settings
Tantra, Sacred Sexuality, and Embodied Relating – over a decade of immersion in personal and group studies
BDSM and Conscious Kink – professional and personal training in trauma-informed, consent-based frameworks

Over 10 years in the ENM lifestyle, including solo poly, hierarchical and non-hierarchical structures, group dynamics, and primary partnerships
Coaching hundreds of clients navigating non-monogamy, desire, jealousy, boundaries, and sexual empowerment
