What Can I Expect In A Typical Coaching Session?

Clients bring their unique situation to their coaching session and we use that as a starting point.  From there, we go a little deeper.  We addresss the behaviors that are hindering (and helping) the relationship.  Together, we create a plan to move forward.  The emphasis is developing awareness and learning new skills in order to have a healthy and sustainable relationship on all fronts.  Read more about what a typical session looks like here.
